Senator Accuses Journalist of Theft

In what seemed like a drama.
The chairman of FG's privatization Committee Senator Olugbenga Obadare yesterday paid a visit to Kano Electricity distribution Company (Kedco) and was in the middle of an interactive section with journalists on FG's privatization programs when he suddenly raised an alarm that his phone had been stolen and the journalists present were said to be the thieves.
The senator's security men moved into action and shut up the journalists for a search process but to God be the gory the phone was found with one of the senator's men who accompanied him to the program.
Efforts made by Journalist to know the Identity of the thief proved abortive as that information was kept from them. This led to protest and expression of disappointment by the Journalists.
This incidence however made the Senator to leave the program without concluding. The union in Kano is yet to say anything on the matter.
