OSUN: PDP has concluded plans to assasinate senator Adeleke – APC

Without a shred of evidence, the All Progressives Congress in Osun State on Friday has alleged that the Peoples Democratic Party had concluded a plot to assassinate the first civilian Governor of the state, Senator Isiaka Adeleke, and three other APC leaders
in the state. The party made this revelation via a statement issued  by the Director of Publicity and Strategy of APC in Osun State, Mr. Kunle Oyatomi. The APC said PDP had "contracted the assassination of four top APC leaders to hired killers from the Niger Delta for immediate execution." Others on the alleged death list are, Elder Peter Babalola (aka Peter Action), Chief Olu Abiola and Alhaji Fatai Oyedele. They also alleged that "the hired killers have already commenced surveillance on the four leaders." According to the statement, the plot to eliminate Sen. Adeleke, others was hatched at a meeting in Lagos, Thursday "We are therefore alerting Nigerians of the horrible dimension to which PDP's desperation for power has taken. "PDP in the State of Osun has gone berserk and their diabolical lust for power has become so murderous that they seem to care less about innocent lives."
