What do you want to be known for, a man of courage or a weak man? What kind of leader do you want to be called, a strong leader or a weak one? The moment you give up you become a weaker. Lighten up someone's face, tell them they can succeed, I am yet to see a man who cannot. Courage is contagious.
DON'T you ever let anybody sense fear in you. The groups are looking up to you. They are still together because of you. DON'T you ever delete courage from your actions. Be Courageous.
