I discovered that you can easily know people's tolerance for work right on the dinning table when served rice and beef. Most people go for beef first. Some eat beef in beats and eventually have no beef before rice follows. In the real sense, why can't people feed on rice and finish it. Then, take a good time to feed on beef as a compensation for taking time to finish a plate of rice. Work should aways come first before pleasure.
