Girl attempts suicide 

A girl who attempted suicide in the Okeka-epie area of Yenagoa, the Bayelsa capital has been stopped.  The girl who didn't give her name  was said to have picked up a fight with her sister and later left to an isolated area where she reportedly drank a deadly insecticide called sniper.
She was found by a male passer-by who saw her suicide letter on the grass. Consequently, she was rescued by neighbours and rushed to the hospital after given palm oil to subside the poisonous substance
