Bad habits are like doses of drugs. When taken for a longer period of time, they become abusive which would later lead to addiction.
When a man commits a bad habit the first time. His living conscience tells him "this is wrong". When he continues to the tenth time, his fainting conscience tell him, "this is not good, you just have to change."
Then, when he finally find himself in it the twenty first time, his dead conscience tells him "it's not bad, people do it anyway, continue in it." Let's work on our bad habits day by day. We need a change if we must succeed.
