Managing people demands great wisdom. We may follow the crowd but remember not all the crowd will follow us. Sometimes you may look like a minority among majority because of a dicision you have made. One thing is common among crowds, they will complain and condemn you. But when the decision works, they will be unusually quiet and applaud you for great wisdom. 

The only language an average man understand is doing things their way to favour them. Wisdom is highly needed to satisfy them.

Think deep my great leader, so you will not have to be pushed to do what you never felt like.
